        Its not often you visit a big chain retail store like Office Depot where you receive outstanding service, but associate Aura did just that. She was very helpful and patient with our questions and ensured we walked out with the best deals possible. She had a bright smile through the entire interaction. Aura radiated great aura :) Thank you, we know retail isnt easy, but your kindness does not go unnoticed. Consider giving Aura a raise and/or promotion.

        Very poor customer etiquette from the copy and print department. I tried various times to get help and her rudeness was getting worse. The office Depot on Geronimo on the other hand is five star indeed

        Great Sales person--He looked up exactly what I needed to see if the store had it. Found it and went to the back of the store and brought it!! Very helpful, professional and efficient! I'll be back whenever I need something for my office!
