If I could give 0 stars I would. The office manager told me to find another physician because she would do nothing about her staff canceling my appointment when I never asked to cancel. After needing to make appointments an entire year prior we do not know what can come up in a year. I called to see if we can reschedule for another day when they told me next appointment isnt until 5 months out I said never mind I will keep my appointment and make accommodations at my work to be able to make the appointment. The staff took it upon themselves to cancel my appointment. When I told the manager to listen to the recordings she said she would but to prevent the issue in the future and do nothing about mine being canceled and I can find another physician cause she would not give me back my appointment. They are HORRIBLE to say the least and its useless to have an office manager when she is going to side with the staff and their attitude and do absolutely nothing to accommodate dr brandls patients. When I asked if I can speak to the dr the manager said she would absolutely not be calling me and is on their side about the situation. Dr brandl is such an awesome dr and it wouldve been nice for the staff to follow her footsteps. What a shame that now because of the staff I will no longer be a patient of dr Brandls even after she delivered my now 11 year old daughter and my now 6 year old daughter. As per previous reviews I am not the only one who has a complaint about the staff.

Dr. Brandl is amazing! I would not go with anyone else. Shes passionate and always give 110%!

Dr. Brandl was incredibly patient with my questions. I appreciate the time she spends not only treating me but also educating me on best living habits. The office is always a positive environment and you dont find that everywhere.
