I wanted to keep coming here because I like the PA however, I've been trying to schedule appointments with them and they either don't ever answer the phone or don't return voicemails. I just got off the phone after reaching the message center and as I was talking to her she transferred me to the voicemail, mid sentence. I'm not even sure why they aren't available. If they're closed the should state that online or in their opening message. Treatment like this is unacceptable. I'll gladly go to another doctor than be treated like they're doing me some kind of favor by getting an appointment with them. Again, their PA is nice but their office staff is incredibly unprofessional, and lack follow up. Editing to add: I've also never even met the doctor I've only ever been seen by the PA.

Dr. Lacy was so friendly and efficient and made me feel comfortable. Definitely recommend her!

All personnel were friendly and helpful. Dr Lacy is very warm and positive. She is always open for giving good advice.
