Ive been to star nail spa several times and I always leave happy with my nails but over the weekend I am sad to say the service and my nails were terrible. I asked for a design from their own instagram page and they agreed to do it. During the service the male technician was very rude. When I asked for him to fix one of my nails because it was very crooked he got upset. The acrylic application was bumpy and thick and at that point I decided to forget about the design and just do basic French because I thought that was a safer choice. Paint was left all over my fingers, the nails were not filed to the same length and were uneven. The pictures were taken in the parking lot immediately after the appointment. My nails came out beautifully first time with this specific nail tech..I had to trust the process..will definitely be back for my fill
