Worst Lender ever. He was rude to the title company and rude to me. We were never told that we would not be making closing on time. When I called and asked why we werent told this he told me to give him a break and dont give him that and to call the title company. He put the blame on someone else instead of apologizing for the inconvenience and trying to explain what happened wouldnt. But when he needed something from us, we responded promptly. Definitely will not be using this company or accepting any offers from this lender at all. The realtor community will know about them and their terrible customer service.

This is the second time that my client works with Sam and I can see why he chose to hire him as his loan officer... Sam is easy to work, reliable, and makes the closing dates happen!

2 years ago, we had a horrible experience using this institution. These people delayed our loan paperwork over 90 days, and we had to renegotiate our contract! Ultimately, we had to transfer the loan package elsewhere. At the new institution, we had it closed within 2 weeks! City Bank prolonged the loan package needlessly by them requesting irrelevant information from parties not listed on either the contract or the loan. They would send their paperwork to their home office in Lubbock or Amarillo- wherever it was, and we would wait a week at a time for them to respond, and them wanting MORE information! This is despite them having all the necessary information, tax information, pay stubs, and court records from other properties owned. I can only assume that someone in the home office was either new at their job and inexperienced, or did not want to make the loan. The Loan Officer was Paula at the time, and it nearly cost us our property! Unfortunately, I will never recommend or do business with this institution again.

I do not have enough words to thank our loan officer AJ (Alonzo Vega) He is super hard working and answers all your questions in a timely manner. It was our first time buying a home and he made sure we knew exactly what was happening during the entire loan process. Very polite, professional and helpful!! Definitely was a peace of mind working with him. 100% recommend !
