We recently closed on our dream home with Home Plate Mortgage. Gilbert and the staff were all so great to work with. Beware of this company. They will take your money (for credit checks, etc) and GHOST you. I recommend you get other quotes from other local lenders and compare their Loan estimates, fees and rates.
