I recently purchased a home through Rocky Mountain Mortgage. Erika Seijas was my loan officer throughout the entire process. Her professionalism and experience was obvious from the very beginning. She was very helpful and kind, thank you for your hard work.

Highly recommend this mortgage company due to the fact that from day one as first time home buyers my wife and I have ran into some situations (nothing major) and the staff members/agents are always so patient to explain and answer any questions we might have along with resolving any issues there might be.. given the circumstances of course. Again, we've had nothing but good experiences with them to this day (2 years later more/less) and will continue doing business with them in the future. Thank you, Rocky Moutain Mortgage.

Very excellent service; provide quality service with all my questions concerning my mortgage payments. If you need quick turn around answers Alicia will definitely have that in hands, shes willing to even email you any documents you requesting on a timely manner.. thank you for your job well done

**edit: RMMC Has NOT reached out to me. That is a complete lie. What they replied below is just a standard message they send everyone it seems. Please call me. I have been trying to reach your office all morning. 0 stars. Do not go with this company. Completely incompetent and they do not care for you. You are just a number. One of their mortgage officers gave me a pre-approval for a loan on 12/1/23, when come to find out now the hard way, they absolutely should not have. Come 03/2024 nearing the time to close, this company informed me I would not be approved for the loan because I am a 1099. They had this information on 12/1/23 and approved me for the loan anyway. Due to their initial pre-approval, I have already invested $5,600 in upgrades on a home. And now, I am not being able to be approved for a conventional loan anywhere. I have called their office multiple times without any help from anyone. They are terrible with communication. As stated above, you are just a number. Not only is RMMC not taking any responsibility for their mishap, they are disregarding the financial, emotional and psychological implication of their complete incompetence and apathy on us, the buyers. Please do not do business with them. We feel handcuffed because of the upgrades that we made on the home upon indication from RMMC that we would be approved for a conventional loan and currently unable to get traditional financing. Additionally, I found the staff to be rude, short, and disrespectful. They do not know how to speak to customers. I only went with RMMC due to it being the preferred lender for the builder, and now I am in this predicament because of RMMC's huge oversight.
