Can't tell if the women did not comprehend English or what the issue was, I was going to do a deposit prior at Walmart which they cannot do personal checks over 200, so I had already signed my back, I was going to do a mobile deposit but decided to stop by this location instead to cash my check, I advised the women that I did not do a mobile deposit I choose to come here. She asked me 3 times if I had deposited the check which I clearly said no each time, she then proceeded to tell me if it bounced it would be my responsibility which i acknowledged and had no issue with. After the run around I asked for my check back she needed to call her district manager as customers went by much quicker than myself. I will be going to Wells Fargo. Why ask me a question then proceed to not accept my answer given or make me feel like a criminal, I am upset since I even called this place to make sure it could have been cashed then drove here from mid Town but Wells Fargo it is my bad. Will not return chick had some green hair. Edit: went to Wells Fargo got charged a cheaper rate and went in and out of the location no issue.
