Brought my car in for a broken exhaust clamp, oil and transmission fluid change. They fixed it and performed the work, but that same day, the check engine light came on. Honestly assumed it is most likely an O2 sensor or something since the tech was working around that area. I popped the hood and found a dirty rag still inside the engine compartment. I called and left a message detailing what was going on and asked them to call me back the next day when they get the message. Apparently, once youve paid them for the work they dont feel obligated to call you back.

The person that responds to these reviews, NEVER contact the people reviewing. This was the previous messages I posted on the other site and I never got a call back: The worse service EVER. We came in for an oil change covered by the warranty, and came out with a $400+ balance for two diagnostics tests that were not completed properly. We actually NEVER agreed to one of them. They just went ahead and dod it themselves.The oil level coming out of the dealership was not at the correct level. As I approached a "mechanic" and check the oil, he started arguing with me stating it was at the correct level. It is a shame they take advantage of the costumers this way!!! NEVER COMMING BACK!!
