        I ordered the poblano and it was not very good. The fried egg was not a sunny side or over easy egg as normal. This looks like it was cooked in a waffle maker it had ridges like that. As far as the sauce I got more flavor from the cheese than the actual sauce. The sauce and crema made everything very watery compared to being a thick sauce that coated. It was not very good overall and for sure not anything traditional. I would suggest they get better utensils as the ones I had broke.

        Chilabox are the best chilaquiles in town. The salsa roja with chipotle is amazing and adding chicken was the best part.
