Tables always dirty. Slow to clean. 10 hours later. . . "Scott" responds asking me to go to Chipotle's website; visit "Contact us" "to make it right". What kind of a half baked response is that?! Perfect example of how the dining rooms are neglected. An incomplete solution is advanced. Here's a better solution, Scott. Don't buy your customer off with a free burrito. CLEAN the tables!! When was the last time you visited a Chipotle dining room? The tables are always dirty. Your crews need classes on how to properly clean a table and ensure the floor has no debris. Parking: Very limited parking.

please do not work in the service industry if you genuinely do not like servicing customers! i was just there (3/27/24 at 3:30 pm), ordered a burrito and bowl at the same time, i was feeling rushed by the person making my stuff although there was no line behind me. consequently, my burrito order came out wrong, i take blame for this as i forgot to mention my desired protein (probably because i felt like the world was going to end if i wasnt going as quick as possible because of this worker.) realizing the burrito was wrong i asked for confirmation if i did or didnt include my protein. i was met with a very angry "YOU didnt tell me to" ... i wasnt asking if i told you to or not, i just wanted to see if we did put any in it at all so we could then fix it. i left, sat in my car for a bit trying to calm down, and went back in with a written note of my burrito order explaining the other one was incorrect. every time i am being serviced, i try my absolute best to seem appreciative and respectful towards the workers because i know how horrible restaurant work can be. i work in the food service industry and have been since my first job, i've seen every type of attitude from employees and customers alike but never have i seen someone so unwilling to provide a decent experience. i believe the person making my order was a manager, and from my work experience, it would not have cost anything to see my visible frustration and offered the other burrito on the house. when i opened my bowl i just had to laugh because of the SKIMPY portion, i really have never seen anything like this. leave this chipotle location for the high schoolers.
