        Never sends the controlled substance medications which should not be skipped specially on weekends, or sends WRONG medications. Talk about MEDICATION ERRORS. ALSOOO they will not send prior authorizations EVER and you have to be calling and calling to get them to do their jobs. Be ready to work for them month by month for them to do their paperwork right! I could keep going and going! Idk how this place stays open.

        Disrespectful. They don't care about your time. My appointment was at 12:30 on a Monday, I walked out at 1:20 because reception was going to be out to lunch until 2. I even spoke to someone I was lucky enough to catch as they walked by, explained I had another appointment at 2. They responded with, "we're working on it." After 2 years with Dr. Guillen I will be changing doctors... Very disappointed. For a Mental Health Clinic you guys should do better about respecting your patients.

        The staff and manager Brenda of the n.loop. They are rude and fight with customers and get upset if you ask for refills. And they tell you a lot of lies...
