Dr Chukwu ATTENTION Unprofessional Staff The time of needing papers filled out or call returns is not being taken care of. Procedures being postponed to a later date and appointments. The staff one by a gentleman in the front and manager Carmen are not handling information in a timely manner and or papers getting lost when patients needed them filled out. Faces being made and also as i have witnessed a couple waiting and not feeling well and having blood pressure high as they mention to staff and the gentlemen up in the front stating to them they need to wait because they are extremely busy they need to wait. Your staff needs to be looked over and the unprofessionalism they are distributing.

Dr Chukwu is the best doctor I've ever experienced and I've had a lot of experiences with doctors. Denise and the rest of the staff are excellent

Love Dr. Chuku and his practice. Excellent physician and professional staff, however, when having a scheduled appt you wait around 2 hours (or more) in the lobby to see the provider and another 30-40 wait (if your lucky) in the exam room. Almost 3 hours in the waiting room and counting for todays appt. And availability for acute/emergency/female issues forget it they are unheard of. Calling the clinic to speak to front desk staff is a hit or miss. Additional staff is needed for sure. This affects my commitment at work, or pick up time for my kids from school. Its almost needing a whole 8 hours of PTO just for a routine visit Its disappointing that they dont respect our time.
