There is great staff at the place, they take care of you and understand your needs, I would have given 5 stars, I understand that a couple of bad apples don't represent the whole place, but if someone is having a bad day, they shouldn't take it out on the patients. I don't expect red carpet treatment, but the way some office clerks answer you back and make you feel inferior makes you not want to go back.
