Horrible service! My appointment was at 9:30 and 2hrs later I was still waiting to be seeing. The staff was rude and seemed bothered when I asked how much longer. They are SO unorganized and unprofessional. Definitely will be my last visit. Im going to file a complaint with TriCare so they can possibly be removed. Or at least address the issue. Ridiculous! I will say that the nurse practitioner was amazing. She was very professional and sweet. Amazing bed side manners. Too bad she works in such a horrible environment.

I got rescheduled 3 times because they overbooked the doctor, then I waited over 4 hours for a telehealth visit. My time may not be important to you but it is to me. I will never recommend or go back to this place.

Dr Moazam and staff are the BEST Ive dealt with! This past Saturday I was sick in bed with CO-VID.young man that answered the phone put me on n hold, and got in contact with the Dr Moazam. The Dr called me later that day and prescribed meds. Dr Moazam really does care for his patients! I highly recommend the DR and his staff. Also on a positive note, I'm recovering well from COVID.

He is such a great doctor, however, his office staff is HORRIBLE. Trying to get a simple prescription faxed over is like pulling teeth. One guy hung up on me, another said it would take them 24 hours to get a ?! I mean, hello, that is pretty instant for all other offices. They are so bad we will probably be looking for another doctor for our family to see. We loved Dr. Moazam but his office staff is pretty much a wall to getting and continuing any other care from him. So sad really, because he himself is so great.
