        Terrible communication they say a prize through text and then change it up when I picked up an order. I asked for something and received the complete opposite. I dont recommend for any small jewelers to work with them. Also the lady has some attitude eye rolling arguing

      Ma'am, we normally do not do casting for small Jewelers. We figured we could assist your husband. the $5 price difference was an error on our part which we eliminated. What isn't being said is that- we charged for silver [at cost, again just to assist] and that was left out of the initial invoice that our jeweler had available to him in the early morning. You were given both invoices to explain the difference in price. And we were unwilling to drop a price [which again just included the silver provided]. When our jeweler apologized for this error we were still given arguments about the price change which would not have changed. Your husband said he was aware of the price of silver per ounce. So yes, error was made in invoice. However we do not just CHANGE pricing. Have a great day.
