        The hotel is nice, but the older big guy that works there at night is very rude and in one instance got violent out of the blue. They should test him for alcohol use. Worst service from any Hyatt and I've been to hundreds.

        Light sleepers beware, heard traffic on I-10 all night long. Couch had mysterious stains on it, the shower grout was stained, the bathroom in general was very small. They are undergoing construction currently and that also caused some disruptions. Overall, its a spot close to the airport to sleep. However, the sounds of the interstate were extremely loud and difficult to sleep with.
