Tru By Hilton El Paso East Loop 375

The main downside to this hotel is the location in getting in and out of the parking lot, there is alot of zig-zagging around. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Modern look to it. Family friendly lobby with games for the kids and free cookies. Nice seating area and little shop to get goodies. Loved they texted us after a few minutes to verify the room was to our satifaction. Close to a Walmart and Resturants. Breakfast was typical with multiple choices. I would stay here again.

I rarely write reviews, but I was extremely content with this place. ALL of the staff was courteous and welcoming. Garrett greeted us and treated us amazing. Room was simple, modern, and clean. Breakfast was tasty and fresh. Plenty of games/snacks in lobby for adults and kids. I will most definitely prioritize looking for a TRU whenever I travel. If there is one thing I can change, it would be the foot of the bedframe. You may bang your toe or knee. Definitely not a make or break though. Great job, staff.

We always loved to stay here but not anymore our room 309 wasnt clean sheets and blankets had spots and hair all over the sheets, hallways smell bad just to pet friendly there smells like dirty pets wont go there again I dont know if they call it pillows but for me its like garbage replace the pillows there old in they stink

We are diamond members with Hilton. They text you upon arrival on how they can make your stay betterwe just wanted a hot shower & to go to bed. We had been traveling all day. We texted them about not having hot water..but they had no answer on when it would be working. We were hoping to wake up and take a shower, but still no hot water. Thankfully we were just there 1 night. We spoke to hotel front desk..they said 15% is best they can do. We stay at many Hiltons across the US, pick a different hotel, one thats more customer oriented & making your stay the best! Update: Manager called us, couldnt give us a discount but offered us comp of 20,000 points. In other news: Hotel is hard to get to, digital key doesnt work on all doors, rooms are small. Breakfast was a carb fest, not much for protein but hard boiled eggs, Canadian bacon and egg/cheese fritatta. Only perk, its dog friendly.
