Love the coffee bar 24 hours. People are nice. Room is VERY spacious even though the door to the swimming pool from my room wouldn't lock but I felt very safe in hotel. Breakfast was nice.

Stayed last night. Told front desk when we booked that dad had a heart issue and could not do alot of walking. We were given room #406. When we arrived the male host told us to go to the left to the elevators. At no time did he tell us the place was divided into 2 towers. We rode the elevator to the 4th floor. All uneven numbers. I called the front desk. Woman answered told me we were in the wrong tower. Rode elevator down got on the right elevator. Had requested digital key. The digital key would not read hampton inn but read everyone else's bluetooth. Had dad wait outside the door and I went and got the room key. You should teach your front desk personnel to give adequate directions to your guests. The cart available was not very helpful. Who in the world chooses those triangle type carts???? Lucky if you can fit one suitcase on them without everything falling off all over the place. Dad said his mattress felt like the edge was broken off so he slept on the other end where the feet are suppose to be. You may want to rotate your mattresses around once in a while. We didn't check out your breakfast due to the smell so early in the am (630) just isn't a very good smell. For the price we paid it really wasn't worth the hassles of having to play search for your room.
