Absolutely the worst care received from Carmen Reyes Naifeh, not only is she an outdated nurse , she was extremely rude in her presentation of herself from the minute I welcomed her into my home. After my husband was released from the hospital we needed home health care to help us with care concerning his newly created stoma and colostomy bag. Instead of focusing on that Carmen kept asking my husband the same questions over and over as if she didnt hear him or she simply wasnt listening to him. She was insistent that we give another answer as to why the contents of the bag were dark, she wouldnt stop asking him if he was sure he wasnt taking anything to cause the dark color. My daughter who is a nurse was present at this first visit and Carmen was extremely rude to her and ask her if she was a nurse and why she was here at our home, so unprofessional. Thats none of Carmens business. Carmen took a long time the first visit and as I stated before kept repeating the same questions over and over until I finally intervened and asked her what her concern really was, she didnt respond with a clear answer. So, very poor listening skills. On another visit, I remained in the back room of our home as not to get irritated with Carmen and to allow my husband to get one on one time with Carmen to try to help him with changing of his colostomy bag, I could hear her loud and irritating voice asking my husband very personal questions, such as, are you more comfortable with your wife gone?, and what does your wife do during the day, does she work and where does she work and how much does she get paid?, it made my husband very mad as he just wanted help with his colostomy bag. That crossed the line completely. Carmen never showed up on time and complained that it inconvenienced her if the Physical Therapist came on the same day as her visit, could my husband accommodate her schedule. It is my opinion that Carmen Reyes Naifeh retire and stop working with people such as us, this traumatic surgery we experienced as a family was further traumatizing by Carmen and her complete lack of compassion, empathy, understanding and incompetence. Even though I gave Santa Fe one star , your company deserves zero stars, would not recommend Santa Fe to anyone.

I knew about Santa fe in the most vulnerable time of my life after my open heart surgery they knew how to handle my situation very fast and super professional even though my situation was really difficult they always took care of me when I was released from the hospital I wish other departments from the medical industry would act this same way I recommend this place 100%

I was a patient for 3 different surgeries they were my care providers. They were awesome, they took care of me, and they made me feel safe. I recommend them to everybody.
