I would like to take the time to rate this company because I wish someone would have done it before I went through so many companies before getting to this one. I want to start by explaining I have an elderly mother who has been diagnosed Alzheimer’s. I have had many other agencies working as home care providers. We would always had problems with the other companies because they would neglect to tell us when an employee had called in sick and one of us would have to call in sick to work to care for our mother. It was many times we switched companies due to bad management of the employees and bad management on the services that had to be provided.
We decided to switch to this companies on the recommendations of a friend and I am glad we did. The management of this company has worked closely with my family to make sure we found the correct provider for my mother. They also make sure that there is always a provider with my mother when a provider is supposed to be there. I am so grateful to finally have a company that is very efficient at what they do. I highly recommend this company. It is really important to find the right providers and the right management. This company is it. You will definitely be glad when you make the move. Thank you Alianza for being such a great company. We truly feel blessed to have found your company. ❤️
