        I'm a frequent shopper amd 9/5/23 at exactly 535pm I was at the store trying to shop. Got a call I had to leave quickly. So I left with nothing. When leaving the lady asked me for a receipt. I raised my hands and the lady looked at me ugly. She had red hair, like 5 ft 2in (my hieght), and like heavy set. When walked out of store she yelled out the door and told me ugly things in front of my son. My son was like why is that lady being rude. Mind you I'm DISABLED AND PARKED IN FRONT OF STORE. MY SON TOLD HER OFF AND SHE LAUGHED. How rude of the employee. She's lucky i don't press charges on her or the company for telling a disabled person off. There was no reason for such animosity. Why was she soooo rude. Look at the camera. You'll see I was rude at all. I even raised my hands so she may see I didn't have nothing on my persona so why such rudeness.

      Hi there, thanks for reaching out! As a cost-plus store, the price you see in our ads and on the shelf is the cost we pay for the product (at cost). We then add our 10% processing and handling fee at checkout, instead of hiding it in the price. We do this so we are more transparent about our pricing and provide great deals for all of our customers.
