Worst experience ever!!! I will never use this florist again and would not recommend. The arrangement for Valentine's Day and was delivered after hours, therefore not received by person intended until the day after even when the order was placed a week in advance with specific instructions for an AM delivery. The female representative was rude when I contacted her regarding the matter. I offered to return the arrangement to her for a refund and she refused.
After 5 years, the bitter owner replied to my review stating that I have never purchased from her establishment and calling me a psycho. I still have and found my email receipt for my

ill say, the product wasnt bad. everything was very pretty, my problem was the fact that everything felt so overpriced. the chocolates i bought were thirty dollars for something i couldve went to the store to get for ten. the bear was extremely small for it to be sold for fifty dollars, the big dumb bears in stores are literally ten dollars more why not get people that! finally my last problem is, if im spending over two-hundred dollars whyre you asking me to send you a tip. a tip should not be asked for, it should be given from the kindness of the heart. i believe whoever the owner is, shes very greedy the flowers are amazing, all you have to do is give people what theyre paying for. it should never be as subpar as this. also the attitude was not needed, im a customer who had already paid for what i needed from you. if i ask for something simple like seeing how big everything is just send the pictures versus you asking for a tip. thank you for your services though, i will not be ordering from your establishment again. God Bless you and have an amazing day. nvm, i was later sent a picture of the roses and theyre literally dying THE DAY OF THE PURCHASE! please do better youre running a business here and your customers deserve what they paid for.
