    1 on 1 Dr. Padilla is great. But when I tried to make an appointment his staff left much to be desired (putting it nicely). I've been a patient for 4+ years but when I tried to make an appointment over the phone today the office said they weren't accepting "new" patients. What am I supposed to do....

    Initial visit: The receptionist was quite ok with me seeing the other patients names on the list as I was checking in. I brought it to her attention and apparently she could care less. The Nurse Practitioner was amazing in his care and attention to details BUT when it came to filling out my paperwork that he requested for me to bring, the office staff was not the most understanding as to the reasons it needed to be filled out. The medical sonographer was the most talkative kindest soul! THANK YOU NP and young lady for exceptional medical care!!! Apparently, I rushed back with the paperwork to be told by office staff that they couldn't accept it bc they HAVE to list a diagnosis on the paperwork. The NP aggreed that I didn't have to list a dx when him and I spoke earlier especially if my employer provided the paperwork. People this is my employer requesting such, not me! I hope to keep being seen by these medical professionals without the office staff giving me future headaches. The main office lady lied at the very end by telling me that the person that checks the faxes, had left earlier for the day. Coincidentally, the other office person had supposedly gotten up to go check on my medical paperwork fax two mins earlier. Interesting......

    Ive been going to this clinic for so many years Dr Manuel Padilla is an excellent Dr unfortunately you cant always consult with him because hes so busy. Ive been seeing Dr Ivan which is also great but today I had the worst experience at this clinic I had called the prior week to see if they could retest me and the front desk lady said yes they can do that test through blood so I go and pay $105 for the visit only for the Dr to tell me that I have to wait 3 weeks to retest I said okay then can they reimburse me what I paid since Im not consulting with you he said let me check, he comes in the room and asks if there anything else you wanted to ask and I said uhm what do you think about gummies? So he gives me the answer then leaves and within a minute a front desk lady comes in and tells me let me explain to you why we cant reimburse you the copay she goes did you ask the Dr other things when he came in? My blood literally boiled and I left the exam room so livid in shock of how unethical this was I cant believe this came from this clinic Im extremely disappointed.

    New patient review, Initially call in Sept. 13th to make an appointment for Sep. 19th. For work reasons I had to change it to September. 21st, that's when I started having problems with this clinic, the next day (Thursday) I called 5 times, no answer, the next day (Friday) I called 8 times, no answer, the next day (Saturday) I called 13 times, no answer. ... I had to wait until Monday when I made a total of 9 calls again for them to answer me and change the appointment. The day of the appointment I arrived in the morning and in total I spent an hour and a half inside waiting while they called me several times to tell me that they couldn't find my health insurance, that they are looking for it, that they are going to call to find out what is happening... They call me again to tell me to show them my health insurance because maybe a number is wrong or they updated it, I opened my BCBS application and everything is correct... Later on they call me again to tell me that they are sorry that I don't have insurance that they can't do anything and they can't help me, they say that I have to call my insurance if I want to continue with this. I left that clinic quite angry and called BCBS, they told me that everything is fine, my insurance is active since I have been paying for it for years and this is the first time I would use it, the girl told me on the phone that the clinic I had ido (Manuel Padilla) was on my network and he shouldn't have any problems. I called the clinic again a total of 7 times and no one answered me (nothing new)... If I could give this clinic a ZERO, I would give it a thousand times. Very bad service from the beginning, from the calls, to when I was inside waiting and they literally told me to leave because of the problem with my insurance, when the ones who were bad were them, the girls at the reception for not knowing how to do their job.
