I hired him for three cases. For my two civil child custody cases he appeared to my first courts. He then delayed and stopped appearing. I also stopped receiving notice of court dates. He did this for years until the final hearings. On one he asked me for thousands of dollars for the last final hearing just days before court. I just found out today the other civil case was dismissed due to no show. The third Case was a car accident. He waited until the last day to file the paperwork. He was yelling at me to go to the substation. I told him I was with my kids at that very moment. He was very upset. I now owe hospital bills for a car accident when I was a passenger in a car of someone who had insurance. I went straight from accident to hospital. There was evident damage in xray. Not to mention it was a cps case worker who made me go with her.
