Mr. Powell handled my mother's probate.  Everything was done to perfection.  He was kind, honest, and hard-working.  Needless to say, I was, and remain, impressed.  My siblings and I got more than we expected and my calls and emails were always promptly returned.  Mr. Powell also made easy for me to attend all court proceedings from my home in Las Vegas.  He is the best attorney I have ever known.

When I hired Mr. Powell I explained that I do not know anything about what is to be done, what's required etc.  I told him I would need to be told, as things moved on, what I needed to do.I felt like I was chasing him down constantly.  Information was not clear, if it was even provided.  It was hard to get a return email or phone call.  I feel like I'd done 90% of the work, and all I received was a lot of excuses.I asked how we needed to begin, I was told to list "valuables".  After everything was done, I found out it should have been "everything" and an "accounting of items in the estate."  Sorry, but some of us are NOT attorney's which is why we pay the big bucks... Once things were said and done, I asked, "is this it?" and I was told yes by him.  Now he's saying there are more things to do.I am very disappointed in this "service" and regret choosing this attorney.Now I have irate family members.  AFTER the checks were sent I am now told by Mr. Powell that there are more debts to be incurred.  INCOMPETENT!
