    Walgreens needs to get there things straight I sent my husband for my medication because I cant breathe And I paid it for the the same reason ahead of time and they were still trying to charge the whole amount again saying I didnt pay. I send my husband the codes and the transaction where or went through and they still say I owe them the whole amount. And here Im getting out of my house to go get my medication my self because they want to be dumb they dont understand I didnt go because its not a controlled med and because its hard for me to breathe!!

    I am appalled I was incredibly disrespected by the technician in the pharmacy tonight. Last week I was told that my prescription supply was going to be ordered as it wasnt available (I was not set for a refill at that time, therefore I was ok with the notion that my prescription supply would be available when it was due). When the tech came on the phone she said that the med wasnt in stock and that it would not be in until MondayI informed her that that was not ok in which she interrupted me obviously annoyed and claimed that I wasnt even ready for my med to be refilled. I informed her that if she counted she would see it was day 29 and tomorrow is day 30. She continued to argue with me and flatly refused to give me her name after asking her multiple times. She then passed the phone to pharmacy manager Danny (who honestly has been professional since I spoke w him last week) and he explained that he would hopefully have the med by tomorrow otherwise they would see what can be done. WHY DOES IT TAKE THE MGR TO TELL ME THIS? WHY COULDNT THE TECH EXPLAIN THIS WHEN I INFORMED HER THAT WAITING UNTIL MONDAY WAS NOT AN OPTION. WHY DOES AN EMPLOYEE FEEL SO COMFORTABLE NOT GIVING ME THEIR NAME & SPEAKING TO CUSTOMERS IN THIS MANNER? What is also very bothersome is that my Dr ordered my med 1/12 and it wasnt filled until the 18th of January..how is this at all safe or ok when it comes to having adequate continuation of care? This is honestly sad.and I refuse to be gaslit into this notion that me requesting my med today was early. WALGREENS CORPORATE you all need to seriously look at the blatant unprofessionalism in your store.

    So this Walgreens used to be very well run but I guess management retired and hired a bunch of poorly mannered individuals. Management is just as mannerless and tactless as the staff. 1. Called as I was driving home from work to see if they had a certain brand of eye drops. Literally drove on hold the whole time (20 min) got to store and as I'm about to hang up girl gets on phone and says yeah we don't have those $30 eye drops. Idk if you could afford them ...lmao 2. Asked management for a product in cosmetics because it showed on app as being in stock. He swore up and down that it wasn't in stock. Refused to even go look. Got in my car ordered the items from store I had just walked out of and had it in 20 min at my house..... Like I said this place is a bad joke now
