I called the higher this law firm for a very simple matter as a modification to add a date for collecting medical payments and dental payments from my ex-wife. I was told they would still need consult for the lawyer to tell me what the Judge already told me what i needed. The young lady that answered the phone was rude. I even stated I just want to pay the retainer for the motion to be filed simple EDIT: is it also your policy, once a person states they dont want to or agree to hire your firm to call them back, and tell them to sit down and listen why you try to explain something you want to, that they already didnt agree to? Because I politely told the first lady I would consider it, and I was going to keep calling other lawyers as a comparison. but no, one of your employees wanted to call me back ask me what happened, and when I explained, then told me to sit down and listen to her. You can explain your policy, but I do not have to agree to continue into a contractual relationship. this is a fair review after being disrespected by two of your office employees!

I remember using Nora and her law firm. Pamela (paralegal, who may not work there now?) was unprofessional and it sounds like things may not have changed. Pamela reached out to me months after my case was closed requesting me to write a good review on this page to help her. I spent alot of money where I did most of the work for them. All they did was file, I negotiated the terms...I obtained the documentations...i was the liason between parties. When i asked for help...I was told I needed to pay more than the retainer. All that was done for me was getting the judge to sign my decree in between sessions. Horrible communication.

Please use a different attorney. 7500 and stil no outcome on a simple divorce. The office staff is unprofessional as I have ever seen. A simple divorce with no kids a home and two cars not settled in a year. She wants her money up front so she can make up charges against the invoice. Like I told her I have never paid at a restaurant first then was delivered the food. She claims she does no work unless money is in the account even if deadlines by the court. She expects you to come up with 2000.00 in in less than 10 days. I found another attorney thank the lord.
