Customer service is very unhelpful. Ive been a patient for years, and I like the doctors. However, the customer service is very poor. The front desk is hard to communicate with, theyve mistaken my name multiple times even after Ive corrected them, theyve been so unprofessional as to hang up on me, they interrupt me, and they are rude. I would like to submit a formal complaint against one of the employees at the front desk, Id like to request a superior to contact me. Thanks in advance.

First of all, who are we to rate five stars one star star at all my experience with Yes with this Dentist I have no complaints. Theyre very courteous attentive. Their hands are so gentle I would not change anything about them. I love who they are my experience. Every single time has been fantastic. We have to remember they see so many people sometimes we forget that these people have lives. dont you sometimes think by us putting people down its not a good thing. They are doing their job as best they know how who are we to judge were not perfect sometimes things go right sometimes they go wrong overall if you have nothing good to say why say anything at all put yourself in their shoes every Job is different. Im more sure people have opinions about you, but in my experience at my age I think theyre the most wonderful people that I have met and they have taken care of me and I have a recommended them to my family. I love their hands theyre very gentle and they have manners, and thats what matters thats my opinion

If it would allow me to give no stars I would. Had an appointment for a Friday and it was canceled and moved to a Saturday, which was ok no complaints. Went to the app on Saturday with some moderate pain and they were nice and scheduled for the rest of my procedures for the following week. I called because of being in extreme pain and got an appointment same day, but then I get a call that they messed up and meant to refer me out to another place to do root canals etc. why didnt they say this at the initial appointment! Missed work for an appointment that they cant even do anything! Yes, they tried to get me scheduled at the other location but of course no appointments available! Im in so much pain and livid! Horrible communication and no care for the absolute extreme pain their mistake puts their patients in! I called my old dentist office and they will see me asap and perform the root canals on site. Not a complainer but their mistake is causing me to continue in pain and missing work. Dont recommend for emergencies or anything that needs root canals or crowns!

They are scammers, they took a load of money from my insurance company, but I paid them the part that corresponded to me up front. And until now they have not stopped sending me charges, the more I pay them, the more my balance grows, every time I call they give me different information. I don't know what to do anymore ...because of a crown they put on me it literally turned out like a crown of thorns. I put all my trust in them because the doctor and the staff were very kind, but those in charge of collecting the money $$ are shameless rats. I don't recommend them for anything in the world.
