        We walk in and theres no one on the floor, we assumed theyre understaffed but no, two females with accents ( I mention their speech to differentiate from other possible employees) are behind the registers chatting away. Anyone could easily walk in and walk out with merchandise for free. Anywho, made a return and was given attitude as soon as I declined exchanging for more merchandise. I worked retail, you have daily sales goals, I get it, but dont blame customers. Take some blame for not being good sales associates. Did you mention sales, perks or anything to get a sale? No, Instead you became dry and rude. Stick to online ordering or visit their cielo vista location.
