I recently hired Kym Anderson to review some tax issues I had with regards to my business and I’m very glad I’ve found her. She’s extremely professional and knowledgeable with regards to small business tax issues. She’s approachable and always available. I was impressed by her efforts to handle a situation I had recently even while she was on vacation. Sorry Kym! You’re the best.

I worked specifically with Kym Anderson, we hired a CPA to make our taxes easier, however there was a lack of communication and condescending responses to any time I had questions or expressed frustration with her unavailability. Kym never discussed pricing with us and when the long awaited day to file our taxes came we were blind sided with a near 800 dollar bill. We are a military family and due to this our income on paper belongs to a few different states, they wanted to additionally charge us for the states we had to file in bordering on predatory action towards active duty military. When we brought this up we were treated with disrespect and told to leave the office. 0/10 would not recommend.

Kym Anderson has been completing my income tax for well over 10 years. She is honest and bills for work that she has performed. I have been fortunate to find her here in El Paso. My previous accountant did not take into account all my possible deductions. Kym spent time with me to explain my return to me.
