Im alive so thats a good thing, office staff does stink and think they are above everyone else but they are just punks. Thats why there is a warning at their office saying not to threaten the staff. Even after a triple bypass they did not give me any problems other than dirty looks. Thats all they could do. Hilarious. Greg Swader must be old or went alone. My wife is a healthy German and I am not small. Like I said they are punks and if you cant pay just walk out. They touch you or even threaten you, record on you phone the conversation. I did. Then get a decent ambulance chasing attorney. Easy money. Good luck to all.

Dr. Santoscoy is excellent, his office staff and office manager are the complete opposite. I will send a complaint to medicare on the office employees and their office manager. After having open heart surgery 7 weeks ago they expected payment in full on a $530 bill. The office staff was so forceful that one of the employees followed me outside the office to the elevators. Again Dr. Santoscoy performed his job professionally, this is about the office staff, office manager and the complete disrespect to the patient.

Excellent surgeon. Everything he explained to me is exactly what. He made feel more at ease by him making sure of talents to me. Highly recommended.
