Honestly in love with this place. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and helped immediately. I picked out a few of my own dresses which were really cute but the lady who works there picked out one last one and I fell in love. As I was trying them on I was assisted the entire time. & the dress I bought is so cute and was $50. They ended up having these cute white shorts that I needed, that even came with a belt. And I bought two earrings that I love

I came to rent a dress from this company. The dress never left the facility. They charged $54 including tax to rent the dress plus another $30 deposit fee which they said they would give back after the dress was returned. I called and asked for a refund because I wouldn't be able to use it. The woman on the form informed me that all sales were final. She said that she explained this before signing although I do not recall her explaining this before signing. She was very rude and said she has worked there for 5 years and knows she told me so I would have to just lose out on the money. The most they could do was refund the deposit. The woman was extremely rude with her answers and after I said it was a shame she said there was nothing she would do for me and hung up. Customer service is absolutely horrible. Unless you absolutely know you can use the dress and are willing to spend $80+ then DO NOT purchase from here. Worst experience ever.
