        It sucks the workers there dont attend you property and they need to have better service for there customers/people. I lost a whole hour of my day just waiting there.

      Hello, Ms. Mendoza, I do apologize for the long wait. We are a small business with a few employees and we aim to give all our clients exceptional customer service. During this time, income tax season, we are very busy and take the time needed with each client we see. Some days are longer of a wait then others but we do try do get everyone seen. Most clients are understanding and will wait to be seen or come back another day. I'm sorry we couldn't get to you faster and help you with your questions. I do wish you the best. Thank you.
