Bought a radiator because of the good price that came with a year warranty and the radiator busted 3 months later. I called for the warranty and they are telling me they need the physical receipt. I can pull up the transaction ID, can show them a picture of the exact amount the exact date through bank statement, give them the last 4 of the card and show my ID that matches the name on the card And yet they still refuse to honor their warranty. I understand I might Not have the receipt, but that should only make the process easier, not impossible without it. Your money is better off Spent elsewhere to a company that would actually honor they're agreement. Don't make The same mistake I did to save a few dollars.

What a rip off, watch out with their service, Cesar and Tony will give you a quote and then after the work is done they say it's a higher price. They should respect the quote or if there are more issues, they should let you know before doing the job. Plus they AC didn't get fixed, after taking it back and assuming it's in warranty they tell you it's another part that needs to be changed another $300 and if you don't leave it with them they charge you for "inspection" after paying them over 500 usd. Very un profesional and sneaky.
