Fox Lexus of El Paso

I did not buy my Lexus in El Paso but I took it for an oil change in early April. Service was lowsy, to say the least. The oil change took 2 hrs long. I waited since I was not offered a loaner. I signed up to get a ride in the shuttle at 8 am. They called me back at 9:30 am to see where I needed to go. They only washed the exterior of my car and left water stains on the car. The interior was not touched. Too bad it's the only dealership in town.

Is funny how the sales rep didn't know anything about the car we have to Google how to look the specs of the car and he was just looking at us confuse but he ask us a thousand questions about our income and money related ...that no the way to make a sale

How are you going to make me wait 20 minutes for an appointment after horrendously getting upset the first time I came in without one. During our first visit Arturo shamelessly said plan better in frustration when I inquired about a rental due to my car needing to be there 4 hours for a service check after being told it would take 2 hrs. I am in the military and had to go to work this day, so way to go for just adding stress to my already stressful career. ON TOP OF THAT, when I took the responsibility of needing to schedule an appointment for a hopefully better visit (does not help if your scheduled in) the ladies scheduling us for maintenance laughed and callously joked about us in Spanish. I am a spanish speaker so the hurtful comments they made were understood. Thankfully I avoided his aggression my second visit and went with the shuttle service, the woman who drives the shuttle is a wonderful employee. Car wash is terrible, please dont waste time there. Changed car settings without telling me the first visit, but didnt the second visit. This leads be to believe they dont handle customers investments well or consistently.
