This is the worst lawyer you can hire , run and run away fast because he will take your money amd forget you. This so called called attorney never returns your phone calls amd doesnt give a hoot about you!!! Hire Luis Yáñez cause thats what I did when I still had Jim on the payroll.

Jim Joplin is my ANGEL! I dont usually leave reviews, but he deserves one. I am extremely thankful for him. After 3 years of misery and running in circles with other attorneys (top attorneys in El Paso) who just took and took my money. Everything changed when I was introduced to Jim Joplin. Jim truly went the extra mile to make sure our case was taken care of. He is an excellent communicator and explained exactly what to expect during each part of the process. Whenever I had any questions or concerns, Jim was consistently willing to sit down to talk and answer each one of my questions and put me at ease. He knew exactly what needed to be done to get through our case. He has been so amazingly empathetic, knowledgable , and professional for myself and my family. I can't say enough about how great he has been, and can't recommend him enough!
