Has to be the worst apartment complex I have ever been in since WWII. Manager is the worst, most impolite, and the most gossipy person I have ever met. It's sad how some people just leave their dogs on the balcony rather than bringing them inside. Those poor animals have to sit outdoors on the balcony or porch during the cold, the rain, the wind, and the heat. All you hear from 7 am till 12 midnight are dogs barking and crying . Manager needs to be replaced with someone who actually gives a damn about his/her tenants. This poor dog was out barking for 4 days straight.

I leave my apartment on november 23 and still waiting for my deposit they call the corporative and they lie to me saying they lost it or can not do anything about or never answer phone or emails and never send my deposit Ericka the manager keep telling me is on the corparative office . on texas law you have 30 days to return the deposit is been all most 3 months I will do all things posible to recover my deposit because is my money and they can not keep it because they want too is the law to return my deposit after 30 days they need some efficient people that can do a simple follow up process.

For the 6 months I was their was the worse we didnt have no air for thoes 6 months of hot weather!! Pool was always getting close Laundry mats are always dirty Kari is rude I moved out on sept 2023 and still dont have my deposit . They said theyre gonna talk to corporate but still havent gotten anything I left my apt in good condition my rent was always on time . And still waiting on a call back I call them every day to see whats happening and no answers wen they answer all I get with response that their gonna call corporate and never get the call or email back NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY LIVING HERE.!!
