Definitely excellent customer service!! There were some shipping challenges with my order but Natalia was extremely responsive and helpful and I got the bank in time for Christmas. The bank itself looks great...good quality and not flimsy at all. I'm very happy with it and the service. Great job!!

The charcuterie board arrived in time for our needs and the recipient could not have been more delighted! I ordered at the last minute & at my request the shipment (and actual creation of the board) were expedited. It was supposed to arrive on the 14th or 15th...it arrived on the 10th. We had a farewell party via Zoom so we asked to see the final product. It was positively beautiful AND done so tastefully. Our group was thrilled to have given such a lovely gift of thanks. So, ahead of schedule, beautiful, memorable...perfect! Bonus: customer service was awesome, answering all my questions very quickly. Drapela & its players & artisans rock!

I would give these guys 10 stars if Google allowed me to. First of Ryan Drapela is the BOMB at communication, customer satisfaction, doing a great job and overall taking care of his customers. I am amazed with him and his staff and I will DEFINITELY be ordering again and highly recommending him to everyone. Utterly fantastic!!

Our daughter sent us a cutting board from Drapelawoodworks, and I must say, it is very well done. I don't know what wood was used but I think it is walnut. Very heavy and darn nice.
