CVS Pharmacy

Waiting for or dropping off a prescription requires a 40+ minute wait in the drive thru. Since they dont place a closed notice on the litter lane and people get in that lane just to have to drive back around the building to get into a Longer line. Doesnt any part of your management team use critical thinking and think what would I want to know? This by far is completely the unthinkable waste of a persons time to wait that long just to give your poorly managed store our money. This will stop and take our business where we are appreciated. The days of sorry as a answer is not enough.

They leave you on hold for a lot of time and then hang on you!! They have done it a couple of times to me.

Irresponsible pharmacy. After waiting in line and taking my information and my sons to pick up medicine, they told me the registrar is closed - really? I told them my son is sick and needs medicine, but still they did not care. They told me go to the 24-hour-CVS in mission. After driving and waiting in the drive through for almost an hour, they told me they could find my name, and my sons medicine will be ready in three hours, meaning by midnight. What if someone is dying, is this how you deal with peoples lives. This pharmacy is a joke.
