We visited the office and my son loved the doctor we have amazing insurance it what I work for so my kids are taken care of. The receptionist let us know it would be 1k we said no the insurance will cover it. We called our insurance they told us it was covered. Our insurance called these company and the receptionist verbally attack our insurance agent telling them they were wrong. The next day the dentist receptionist called us and told us we were out of network and own them for the visit no apologies saying we're in network there fault nope a bill and bye worst experience from a dentist and especially denying my 6 yr old with a tooth infection disgusting service and horrible staff for side tracking and hustling the general public

Our experience with Dr Garza and her staff was amazing. My 6 and 4 year old both needed work done and we were anxious because they are both skittish and we worried they'd have to go under to get the work done. Nope! Dr Garza was quick, efficient, and made them feel comfortable. She listened to all our concerns and let us know what would be possible. Definitely recommend her!

I had an appointment that I waited months for set for today at 1pm for my daughter. Today I get a call from the woman in billing who tells me in a very unprofessional tone that there was an issue with my insurance, so I call my insurance and sort it out. Call her back to let her know and again, shes rude and says she has to verify. Eventually she calls back and ends up we arent in network. Finding out an hour and a half before my daughters appointment is ridiculous. I checked when I made the appointment, and now apparently its an issue. I wasted months waiting to see this doctor only for this to happen. Absolutely ridiculous.

We are so happy we transferred to Dr. Garza! My son felt comfortable from the 1st visit we had with Dr. Garza. I seriously thought my son was not going to be able to follow through with his procedure because of a bad experience he had else where. But I must say, Dr. Garza and her staff are extraordinary. I was amazed at how well my son did. I just couldn't believe it. I should have taken my son to them long time ago. I truly recommend their services!!!
