Front desk woman is rude. I was sent over here from McAllen location because they had the vaccine my child needed.I told the woman I dont have the card. she said well we dont do vaccines without the card, I said its okay Ill pay for another card. She then tells me well, we only take cash. The McAllen location takes debit card payment. Its already an inconvenience to come out this way and then on top of that only cash option. I have to come back unfortunately, so hopefully I can send a better review.

great dr very attentive talks to the kids and explains everything in detail. the front staff and most nurses are so very rude no customer service whatsoever that needs to change!

If I could zero stars I would, the nurses are no help, and I had to wait for the doctor to sign one piece of paper for over two hours. I cant remember the name of the nurse but she got mad when I asked a question because she was FaceTiming her kid. Some people should not work in the healthcare system, I hope they see this and fire her. Never going here again, and I would not recommend anybody else to come here. Such bad attitudes, such bad people.

I have been taking my children here for a couple of years and never had any problems. My kids love the stuff and Dr Vega. I will not lie yes wait time is a bit long but honestly its worth it especially when dealing with Dr Vega. Hes very attentive and doesnt rush you out the room. He always answers all my questions and concerns. As far as the stuff never had a problem. They are always professional and nice not just with me but my children as well.
