        Very dissatisfied with this branch. First they got my payment schedule wrong after I reviewed it with them SEVERAL times which caused me to overdraft. Then I brought them all the documentation they wanted so that I could be reimbursed. And THREE weeks later and multiple phone calls, all of which Im told its been sent to corporate office and theyre working on it and that someone will be calling me back, which no one hasnow Im being told the paperwork I took them doesnt show the fees,WHICH IT DOES! They clearly do not care and have horrible customer service. Never doing business with them again.

        The experience was a breeze and much easier than I anticipated. They really came thru in the clutch for me and I definitely recommend having ONE MAIN FINANCIAL in your corner of life throws you a curve ball. Everyone's situation may be different but they definitely came thru for me.
