        Today we had a horrible service by female worker "Garcia". She didn't want to say her first name since it was over the phone. I really hope calls are recorded because I asked to speak with the manager and they said she'll be back from vacations on monday. Ms. Garcia was extremely rude and unprofessional during the phone call. She wouldn't let us talk. Kept talking over us and even hung up the call. Like I said, I hope they record their calls because I will go on monday to speak with the manager about the incident and I want her to hear the phone call recorded. In fact, I asked if the phone call was being recorded and they said yes. I even recorded her rudeness with my phone just in case. She shouldn't be there if she doesn't know how to communicate right with customers that are just trying to fix something on an account. HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM GARCIA.
