        Ive had a claim going on for almost 2 years and my lawyer nor his assistant have been keeping me in the loop. Ive mainly been in contact with his assistant Annie and a couple of months ago i noticed she disconnected her phone number when id try to reach out; then i called the office and she called me from her new number and i got an update. Some more months have gone by and when i try to reach out to that number her new number has also been disconnected. I called the office to leave messages for a callback in regards to my claim and nobody has reached out yet and im going on 2 years. I think it is unprofessional for this to be happening. They do not communicate and im left in the dark with everything its ridiculous. Ive tried to be patient but no call back after many attempts of trying to get in contact with my lawyer is kind of ridiculous.Hopefully they see my review and get back to me, i need an update im losing my patience. i understand these processes are lengthy but no updates? really??? id leave less than 1 star if i could.
