Andy went above and beyond to repair our indoor A/C unit. He was able to schedule us for an installation as soon as he received the parts through our home warranty provider. Andres came in inspected both my AC units since they were not working properly. He gave me an breakdown and showed me what issues were going on and why my AC units were not working properly. He gave my family an estimate on how much it would be with a breakdown as well. He wasn't pushy like other companies we've dealt with in the past. He also gives us the option to finance a new AC unit if my family were to need one (of course with approved credit) Our family highly recommends Thoro Air.
