        Horrible place to chose for your loved ones care. Their customer service is poor. Manager never returned my call and my lo was left without provider service for WEEKS. I had to call the disability office in order for this unprofessional place to help my Lo. Ivanna and Valerie were useless to me rather than helping me get my Lo help they worked against me. I don’t recommend this place AT ALL. My lo was always having problems with providers NOT showing up and this agency never cared to listen and fix the issues. If they would truly care they would have given my lo better options and instead all we got was disrespect. I hope this has no partnership with the hospital next to it because that would just be SAD that agencies like this would be part of a GREAT HOSPITAL. This review is for the ones whom really care about their LO hope this helps You make a BETTER CHOICE.
