        I don't recommend this agency because they hire anyone with no experience. There is no communication between the caretakers and main office. When complaints are put in there is no accountability and follow-up with patient. Their caretakers don't speak English most of the time and can't help patients with the simple necessities like making doctor appointments, read a prescription,etc. When you select agencies like this you put your trust in their abilities to care for your loved ones just to disappoint. The most unprofessional agency we've dealt with in El Paso.
