Imagine going to pick up your wedding bouquet the day before your big day and you receive wilted roses. I was in shock that a florist would even hand that over to a customer. My mom is not a confrontational person so she just left disappointed. The bouquet looked even worse the next day. The bouquet was left out in all photos. It was really bad.

I live in Reno, NV and called asking if they could do a nice Christmas bouquet for my sister since we are so far away from each other. I didn't give any instructions and trusted them to do their job. They delivered the next day and my sister is overwhelmed with joy. They did their job!
