        PATHETIC so I had an appointment at 12:30 with 2 children YET being here with no call 2:45 for the second child cleaning and still telling me that will not get seen in another hour. Very BAD!

        We set an appointment a month in advance, called prior to appointment to confirm day of, walked in and waited over an hour and a half. This was for a consultation. Not going back. And the front desk said "sorry we're having an event..."

        I called and I asked if they were doing dental cleanings and the receptionist said yes... They made me pay $85 to get a dental cleaning before talking to the Dr. but when I saw the Dr. the Dr. who attended me said they weren't doing cleanings because of covid. So why did the receptionist say yes?? And the Dr. only said "I'm so sorry"...... . .
